ABSA - poor service and outright unfair treatment, it's the Norm!

After my last rant that ABSA does not contact you, their call centres lines are nonfunctional or simply do not answer, I was contacted promptly by a lady from the complaints and PR dept. I submitted the documents for credit life and shortly afterwords was call by an agent who informed me they would not settle the debts as I had changed the policies, which is untrue! I have not changed anything; they ignore my requests to see where I signed or supply me with the recorded calls indicating this. I am not receiving demands from lawyers for these payments. ABSA are not contacting me, they are ignoring me, I will no longer remain silent!!!
