ABSA Poor Service

Absa has to be the worst bank to bank with as a business. Anyone who is serious about growing their business should stay away from ABSA. I have made several applications and there is never a response. My banker is always requesting me to submit mountain's of paperwork all the time only for them to just go quiet. I have missed many business opportunities simply because ABSA never processes my applications. I am always dragged from pillar to post. My business has banked with them since 2009 and throughout that time it has been growing . But whenever I need their assistance to embark on bigger projects or expand equipment they as my bank never come to the party....ever. ABSA is a horrible bank and in a country like ours where we need to develop and grow businesses we certainly do not need a bank like this. They get 0 stars from me.
