Absa poor customer service

Absa customer service is outright pathetic. ******** got into my credit card facility with them and had made a withdrawal.

Absa claims that they're busy with an investigation. This however was months ago. They still had the audacity to charge me finance charges on my credit card facility when it was not available for me to top it up as I had to wait super long to acquire a new card. They do not respond to my emails for feedback as to the outcome of the so called investigation.
