Absa poor customer service

Since last week Tuesday I have been trying to get hold of Absa regarding my personal loan. Friday eventually I got through to a consultant. While talking, the call cut off she never evwn tried to phone me back. Today I have tried phoning 5 times, hanging on for 15 minutes each time and then the call gets cut. I really think it's ridiculous to struggle like this. I sent an email to their complaints department, ni surprise I didn't get any feedback
