Absa Poor Customer Service

This bank has continually been horrific with the customer service. They do not know how to stick to their word and provide feedback when they say they will. Now my emails are being ignored. How much more rude and pathetic can their customer service get? Now my Absa Rewards is not issuing the cash back, when there definitely should be, given that I shop at their Rewards Partners frequently. That is once again ***** on their part. I advise no one to bank with them because they keep getting worse.
