Absa Poor customer service!!!

Couple of months ago I had made a small loan with absa. To my attention when my debit went off, it was more than the initial amount advised. I then contacted my consultant and she advised that the extra fee was actually the "insurance". I then advised her that she confirmed with me that all was inclusive with the initial signed amount and that I was not prepared to pay more than what we agreed upon. Emails and calls back and forth to fix what they have done and till today nothing has been done to correct my installments. PATHETIC! not even the branch can assist me so only way further is Lawyers.
