ABSA - poor communication

It pains me to have to do this here, but I doubt I will get a response any other way. I am currently travelling, my ABSA account became inaccessible to me. I tried getting into touch with ABSA, but it was always the same form response and the time difference doesn't help. Now, I have some potentially **** company saying my account has been handed over? Apparently your clients face phishing on a regular basis. I have no communication from ABSA relating to my account or in response to my queries.

If someone could get back to me ASAP.
