Absa polokwane cbd, my mom went in to get her app unbloked(she is a pensioner) was told to go buy data and when she old them that stores only open at 9 they made her wait for pep to open, sent her o buy her own airtime so that they can buy data and assist her. The lady did not have a name tag on. She proceeded to talk to her friends while my mom waited for her it was very early in the morning and the bank was practically empty. My mom spend 2hrs in order to be assisted to unblock her app and she refused to use the company wifi. This happend today 7 Dec 2022.
