Absa pointless

Im interested to switch to a new bank, currently with FNB and want to switch to ABSA. platinum cheque so they make it easy for us and convenient to apply for an account online. so i went on the website and app**** for a absa account, it has been opened, received confirmation and iv submitted all documents and i received a account nr then i asked if they could courier my card to me because i need to send the new details to my Payroll to update on the payment system. and to my surprise absa never responded, and its the second time iv app**** and they just plainly ignored me as a client..<br> <br> anyway ABSA just pointless i would rather just stay at FNB and ABSA can stick their account since they not interested in new business.. <br> <br> thanks for showing me what absa is really about and im glad i find that out now before iv become a client. so please whatever account you have on ur profile for me close it. not interested in that cheque account anymore
