Absa please tell me where is my R350.00

On the 15/10/2015 I did an EFT transfer of R350.00 to an FNB account and when the person did not receive the money i went to enquire and found that the FNB account is frozen and money is already debited from my account. On the 21/10/2015 went to Sanridge branch and was assisted by Tshepho Seete whom she phoned a couple of departments in order to assist and she was send from pillar to post but eventually was told to send an email to Magtape and she exaclty did that and she said she will provide me with feedback.<br> Since I did not receive any update from my last visit on the 21/10/2015 i decided to go back to Absa Sanridge on the 03/11/2015 to enquire again and still another mail was sent to Magtape and this time to Bridget Mhlari at Magtapes and another mail was on the 06/11/2015 from Tshepho Seete to Bridget Mhlari with screenshot of the transcation and im still waiting to the outcome.....please can someone at ABSA tell me where is my R350.00 is that too much to ask. I refuse to go the bank again because it a waste of my time.
