Absa please teach your consultants about your product they become our problems when we need to be assisted

My husband passed away on the 15th of July 2020 and on the 17 th of july I went to Absa Pretoria branch to report his passing and upon my arrival I was told that he is having a WILL in the safe custody but is not signed,I hired a lawyer to help me with the letter of excecutorship and I managed to get the letter and I managed to pay all his debts that were known to me ,around November 2020 I went to Absa Midrand to enquire about his policy called Estate provider plan and I was told that you cannot take this policy without a Will and the guy by the name of Jayson call Will department and as I've already indicate to him that they said the WILL is not signed....so this time he said the Will is signed...already I've spent alot of money to runaround instate of Absa to execute my husband s estate. Now around March Absa is calling me with the intentions to execute my husband's estate after 8months with financial implications and shortfalls ....so who is going to pay the expenses that I've utilized on my own while I reported the Estate in time ...the lady by the name of noluthando Sotela called me and I told her that I will send a grievance letter against Absa Life ...now they don't respond to the grievance and they saying nothing and there is 45 000 in my husband s account that they want to utilize for executing his estate.......I don't know because I've already done half of the task but their fees are still the same ....inaccurate information ever,poor services not even feeling sympathy to widows what you want is you to gain
