ABSA please fix this!!
I have a life policy on my absa vehicle finance,
I would like to cancel that cover but after 3 months and 3 separate emails and calls to the call center, I've not been able to cancel my cover. Followed every single criteria that the call center asked me to do.
This is my first and will most probably be my last hello peter review as I'm not the type of person to shame a company.
This is the worst service that I've ever experienced with any business in South Africa.
ABSA you are more than welcome to call me so that we can sort this out!!!
