ABSA PLAYING ROLE IN ****MING THEIR CUSTMERS

I have a debit order that was done through third-party representing ABSA bank, and two organizations are debiting my account twice using the same reference number and the other organization is only available when debiting money, but their provided contact details does not work or does not exist which is the email and contact number. ABSA is taking forever to properly respond to my concern. I suspect a **** approved by a Big Bank in the country.
