Absa Placed me on Debt review without even applying with Absa for a loan
Absa Placed me on Debt review when I called them about it they said they can not find anything in my name,
Because of Absa placing me on Debt review I can not apply for a home loan
I have spoken to the following People in debt review and not willing to assist me at all, all they say it they do not find anything on my name and can not assist me, I asked to speak to manager to sort this out and all they do is put me on hold,
Allison not assisting Lesego not assisting Navan - Placed me on hold for 30 minutes Marite - unable to assist

04 Aug 2022, 13:43Good day, I have also looked on clear score and neither me nor my husband has any judgement against our names our scores are 705 and 695, we are being prevented to apply for a home loan because of this.
