Absa, Pinetown has terrible service

Absa bank in Sanlam Centre, Pinetown, KZN. The service is always terrible. There are always less consultants to assist a long queue. My mother is almost 60 years and she always has to wait over an hour at the queue. I'm moving my mother to another bank because Absa has no care whatsoever.
