Absa personnels are cons

Hi my car was repossessed by Absa bank legal department without warning. Two mitigation officers came with guns, **** to me into signing my car away. I didn't even get a chance to plead my case, as to why I have areas on my finance account. I called them a few days (6 days) later to find out where am I supposed to settle the areas and get my car back, now the money has gone up and still no one is helping me, even customer complains is failing me. Now it's clear that the motive is for them to take away my car without giving me a chance to pay. There's no way forward and I'm willing to pay the areas. No explanations when they came for the vehicle and still no explanation on where to go to pay and to get my vehicle back.
