ABSA PERSONNEL, INCLUDING SENIOR MANAGERS, ABSOLUTE USELESS!!!

anyone doing business with ABSA should rethink!!! These people do not care about customers - irrespective what.

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING AT ABSA?????????

ABSA Employees do not do their work. I’ve completed and submitted the required forms! I’ve spoken to numerous individuals at your website advertised numbers! I’ve spoken to my business banker (Natalie)! I’ve emailed at least 6 ABSA individuals, two of who are senior managers at least 20 times! (Some of them hide behind auto-responders (manager’s nogal - that is how much they care about their customers!) BUT STILL, THEY THINK IT APPROPRIATE TO LOCK MY ACCOUNT DUE TO FICA REQUIREMENTS APPARENTLY NOT BEING MET!!!! If this is true, then it’s them to blame due to them not assisting me correctly! I will occur additional costs due to transactions not being allowed due to your laziness which allowed an account to be locked!

I am gatvol with this lot! i'LL BE GOING TO THE BANKING OMBUD AS WELL!
