Absa Personal/Study Loan is Flawed!

Did an application for further funds for daughter's studies, was told last year that every year you must apply for a further advance, which we did with the accounts to be paid, after weeks got a short crypted response decline, no explanations and send numerous emails no response received, and on top just no one to talk to on this urgent matter, accounts running up in interest at university! Tried again with emails no calls just nobody taking any effort to communicate and assist!
