Absa Personal Loans Worst Experience ever

After being this bank for more than 5 years I've finally had enough.

I have my Vehicle & Asset finance with them. Been with them for more than 5 years. Completed 2 prior personal loans as scheduled without skipping 1 single payment.

The personal loans department handled my application with the greatest level of incompetence that i have ever come across.

From the consultant not getting back to me, constantly having to request for callbacks, Agent's refusing to escalate to their line manager when they are unable to resolve your query. Line Managers refusing to take the escalated call, eventually when speaking to you, speaking over you not offering solutions just providing generic automated responses and eventually keeping quiet on the line and then dropping the call.

Thank you Richard and Johnson for the worst experience ever. Now have to go through the process of changing banks, looking elsewhere for assistance in the process.

I now need someone to assist in cancelling these products and helping me move over to another bank. Which department can at least assist me in that
