ABSA personal loans refuse to update my experian record

ABSA personal loan refuses to close my account . This matter has been going on for long despite settling my account with them more than 3 months ago. I always get told that someone will get back to me but nothing happens. The experience has been horrible and please think twice before choosing ABSA as your bank.
