Absa personal loans online

I'm very disappointed yet again with absa.... Well I have app**** online for a loan if I'm sure the date was 1 August so dey required me to send some doc which I went to the bank as I could not send off my phone...so the lady from call center calls me yesterday sayng I was approved n sent me a quotation to sign n staff..... So coz it was a small amount I tried to see if u was approve n it did I then asked the lady of I can change the amount will dey decline me in anyway so she said mam I can do it for u while I'm on the call so I asked a bigger amt so she says mam the system requires ur documents again pls send I did the same thing n sent threw documents... So I called back to gve the c no to call center so the lady I spoke to was aware I am self employed but also dnt receive a payslip.... So she said it's fine as long as wat doc was asked u sent so dey didn't request a payslip as i did say I dnt have 1 also my loan for R3000 was approve I also have approved quote on my phn.... So my question is becoz I asked for a bigger amt begin told it won't decline also sent doc nw I call to find out only to say my application was declined co relevant documents was not sent an the guy says me on the call I shud go to my nearest branch Coz he can't ans my question on the phn..... I think it's nonsense........ Even thou I didn't have a payslip u approve me the 1st tym so I asked if I can't take quotation I have on my for the lower amt he can't ans wat kind of consultants urll employee that does even knw anything
