Absa Personal Loans, *********** staff

What a pathetic service I've ever received with Absa. This is the first time taking up a loan with them and I so happened to pay before the debit day (paid 24.06.22)with the hope that the debit won't go through. The debit however went through( on 25.02.22)and I called to query a reversal on the same Saturday 25.06.22 and I was called to call back on Monday. Called back on Monday and I 2as taken from one consultant to the other until I spoke to a lady that said she has done all she needs to and a refund will go through between 5 to 7 working days.🙄 How convenient was that? I waited from then to today and I decide let me call and check on the progress. And I'm told nothing was done on my account and that no one added notes for a refund, and however a request will be sent and the 5-7 working days will be counted from today? How long must one wait for their hard earned money? Why must a refund that comes from the same division take this long? Isn't Absa personal loans and Absa bank working together? Absa personal loans has a bunch of *********** individuals to be exact. I spoke to Kgomotso, Leticia and Chantelle on all my calls, Chantelle was the only lady who seemed to know what she was doing as she also asked for the account number to be refunded. (That is if she also did the right things). Given a chance?
