Absa personal loans failure to update credit bureau

I am utterly dissapointed at the service received from Absa personal loans. I had a personal loan with them which was settled last year May already. It is still showing as a negative on my Experian credit bureau report. I have logged a complaint with their complaints department but have received no joy in getting my bureau updated. Its rather unfair to list that someone owes you money which has already been paid back.
