ABSA Personal Loans Disaster
Here we are again with ABSA Personal Loans department stuffing up. According to Transunion and Experian i missed 2 payments on my personal loan March 2020 and June 2020 which i did not. Logged a dispute with Experian and Transunion who said ABSA needs to sort it out seeing that incorrect data was sent from ABSA to them. Ive tried to get in touch with someone at ABSA numerous times to sort it out for the past month now without any success. The incorrect data they've sent has now affected my credit score negatively and im struggling to get financing for a new vehicle which i need urgently. Will someone from ABSA Personal Loans management please get in touch so we can it sorted or should i move all my business somewhere else?
