ABSA Personal Loans Department Nightmare

ABSA personal loans department has the worst customer services ever. After calling them for 3 days and even visiting woodmead ABSA branch at their advice, I am yet to receive a settlement/paid up letter for a 2019 PL which is not yet closed on their side since 2019. They promised to send it since last week Friday but nothing , not even an update on it. Next step is to close my accounts with them.
