ABSA personal loans

I called ABSA personal loans on the 12 April to advise the bank on salary date changes. This was confirmed and I also accepted a debi-check which confirmed the 27th, only to realize till today the loan installment was not taken. As an initiative I intended on calling today as it was a public holiday on the 2nd to realized, ABSA was attempting to call me. When I called the agent could not advise why the debit did not run however I asked for the banking details and made a direct deposit 03/05/22. My frustration about this whole situation : I used up R60 calling ABSA to sort a mess I didn't create, now I see miss calls from ABSA debt why are you messing up my name? you didn't collect now I'm treated like a debtor? I'm looking at getting property and you are delaying the process? how is my credit record going to be updated because of your mishap as this is happening for the 2nd time, last in December as your tracking system doesn't work on PH.
