ABSA personal loans complaints

I Mr A A Matata took a personal loan with ABSA bank which was paid off last year already however they still debiting my premier cheque account until end of this month which is July 2020 for an amount of R300. the total amount that they owe me is now R2572 I have tried several times contacting them to reimburse my money and up to today they still haven't paid my money back after several promises that they we refund my money and every time I call they sent me from this department to another with no help at all. now I'm completely unhappy about ABSA as I was under the impression that they are a good bank so after this experience I'm think otherwise. I desperately need them to refund my money now and they must stop debiting my account please because they really costing me big time
