ABSA Personal loans collection issue

I have personal loans account with ABSA which was handed over to a legal company for collections. I have tried negotiating with them on a payment plan which works but don't seem to be getting any positive feedback or joy. I as the client am approaching for help on this so some consideration needs to be given to my offer. I need someone to contact me regarding this so it can be resolved.
