ABSA PERSONAL LOANS - BAD SERVICE

Good day. I have app**** for a personal loan on Tuesday, the consultant phoned me and said that another consultant will give me a call within 24 to 72 hours. Its been 120 hours (5days) and no one have phoned me to finalise my application.

How much longer do I need to wait before someone phones me to finalise my application?
