ABSA Personal Loans - application witheld , no reasons given

Hi Team , App**** for a Personal loan on 17th October, still today nothing has happened. I phoned their division/department and provided them with the Information of the person who is handling my application -Mosiah Madia -today is the 7th of November. What is ABSA's SLA for their customer queries ? I thought Absa would be the best in terms of turnaround time and they advertise Africanacity , apply for a loan ! But in reality this is not true. Somewhere , there are people who are not representing this bank very well. If i did not meet the requirements of the loan , please inform me so that I can move on . I wish i could be informed . Absa if you are listening , this is bad, bad , bad.
