ABSA personal loan service is terrible

I have never been so disappointed at Absa personal loan dept.I app**** for a loan a month ago and up until today um still waiting for the outcome.I have forwarded all my documents to a consultant called Kgato and I've never ever received any feedback..For such a big bank like this never ever thought that il get such a disguisting service..i call them almost everyday and they keep on saying that someone will call me and my request is escalated to management. but i believe they're just saying that to take me off the phone..ABSA your service is very terrible
