ABSA Personal Loan Restructure
Good day, I have been calling and e-mailing ABSA Personal Loan Restructure since 28 March 2024 to request assistance and each and every time I just get told that I will be phoned. Nobody ever phones me back and now we are basically an entire month on and nothing happened. I cannot phone all the time and receive absolutely no feedback. It is a very poor way of treating clients and I am very disappointed with the lack of service.
