Absa personal loan online

I have app**** for a personal loan online for over 3 weeks now no response. When I call Im put on hold for more than 1 hour. The call center keeps on saying they will contact me. No one ever does.

I have never ever seen such horrible service. I Bank with Absa I need to move my salary. It pathetic
