ABSA Personal Loan- Listed as handover on Credit B

I have a PL with Absa that I have been diligently over the years. I missed a payment in Jan and made arrangements for the outstanding balance to be collected over a period of 3 months with no issues. Yesterday, I was through my credit report and found that I have been that the account is listed as hand over, I tried calling to get an explanation of what exactly this meant but got an attitude from a call center agent by the name of Thuli who sounded like did not want to talk which infuriates me because this has a negative effect on my credit score. I would like to know why the account was handed over when an arrangement was made timeously and was honored. I would like this to be removed or ABSA must provide me with a clause on the agreement where it states that clients get handover for making an arrangement.
