ABSA PERSONAL LOAN DEPARTMENT

Good day. Im Phillip Absa personal loan department is very bad if you could have given them a zero rating i would have done so. It have been 20 days after online application have been done. Still now feed back. Been phoning them non stop every day . Phone bill well over a 1000 Rand just for absa calls alone. Stil no one can tel me what is going on just escalating the problem to team leaders. I try to cancle the loan as well they can not even help with that. So sunward park Absa bank told me that they need to first close the online application before they can assist in the branch. Im on a point were ill move my account from absa .
