Absa Personal Loan Call Center is the worst

Absa Personal loans department has the worst call center system. You call, they take time to answer, when they answer they transfer you till it hangs up. They promise to call you back but they don't. I have made 3 escalations with my personal loan enquiry but still no assistance. Please help.
