Absa Personal loan

Absa just decided to double debit my account without my knowledge and consent. I acknowledge my debt with them and had made a payment arrangement with the bank but because my salary is paid into Absa they just took all my money. Am closing the account and going to another bank, I cannot be treated this way as i have other debts to pay.
