Absa Personal Loan

I app**** for a top up Personal Loan at absa on the 21 February . Sent all my documents to credit admin ie payslip and ID for checks . They have issued a debi check on my account but i am still waiting for the payout . Nobody has called to inform me what is going on . I was on a call for 10 minutes last week and they told me its with the payouts and they will call me . I sent through all my docs and still waiting in limbo . I know that there is a risk/***** indicator on my account but the letter is held by me obvioulsy surely they could at least ask and confirm and come to a solution . I am bitterly dissapointed with the service and as a ex absa employee . I now understand the frustration that clients go through . I have emergency situation which i need to deal with and have no money while waiting for absa to assist . Im totally dissapointed !!!
