Absa personal loan bad service!!!!

I app**** for a personal loan 3 weeks ago and the lady whom is assisting me with the loan don't know if she knows what to do because I have been emailing my documents every day and still no outcome. She however do reply by saying she didn't receive my documents but when I phoned the office a norther lady said she just going to forward my documents that she found on my emailS to the consultant that works with my loan And I just know now I have complained about it my loan will be declined for some unknown reason!!!! This is sad to struggle with the bank just for a outcome!
