Absa Personal Loan - Approved but no payout

I successfully did a loan application last week Tuesday, received the quotation and approval, did the final acceptance with the call centre agent, and was told that I would be sent with a Debicheck that I would need to approve so the finds may be released. It is a week and 2 days later, and whenever I call the centre to say that I am waiting for the Debicheck, I am told there is a problem on my profile which shows 3 loan applications and some or other bull**** excuse. I get promised daily that someone will call me and resolve this , but to date, I have wasted over R300 in airtime holding and waiting for assistance that I eventually never get. Worst experience ever.
