Absa personal loan Application

I have app**** for a personal loan, have had to resend my document 3 times upon request and no one would even care to even write a reply. I have called several times and every time they say someone would contact me shortly regarding my status. This is supposed to take 2-3 days max. I have a very important art deal riding on this loan and I have stated the importance of an answer. Absa was recommended by a friend, but I will not hesitate to switch lenders. Case number c-***8 and C- ***6 I don't even know why opened another case.
