Absa Personal Loan Account in arrears

My loan account is in arrears for 3 months and I'm calling Absa for restructuring and they say my account is handed over and its in arrears for more than 3 months, on Monday the 24th i received a call from the attorneys saying my account is in arrears with 5 months which is not true and the guy who called me advised to apply for restructuring so that my arrears can be written off then i can pay 40% of my installment through restructuring but Absa doesnt want to help and I also called them last year Decemberr for assistance as i can no longer afford the instalment and at the time my loan was not yet in arrears but the consultant i spoke to never advised me on restructuring.
