ABSA Personal Loan

I took a consolidation loan with FNB, from which FNB then requested directly with ABSA the balance in order for them to payout the loan. The loan was paid out on the 22nd Sept. A whole 2 months later am now being told i owe ABSA close to R1000 and my case has been handed over to attorneys.

I call ABSA to ask for my statement and am being told the personal loans department cannot access my account as its been handed over then get transferred to the collections department and same story and eventually i was give an email address to send an email.

I send the email to both ABSA and their attorneys, not even an acknowledgement to say they received my mail. I write a complaint as ABSA tells me i need to contact Northam Legal but Northam tells me to contact ABSA. Now they telling me my case will be resolved in 8 days, next thing ill be told i need to pay legal fees and interest for 8 days.

Thank God i sold the car that was financed by ABSA. The personal loans department is just another ****.
