Absa personal loan

Goodday on the 12 of october 2020 absa called me and said i was 1 payment behind i said to the consoltant i will pay R100 extra on my loan. It was arrainged and confirmed via an e mail from the consokrant on 15 of october 2020 3 instalments was deducted from my account my personal loan. On 16 october i phoned absa they told by their is no arraingemnt. The proof is with me they told me that i must wait 3 to10 working days. I didnot receive my money yet thet owe me R9000.00
