Absa Personal loan

I app**** for payment relief for 3 months on my absa personal loan which was approved, after the 3 month period they took the full amount off the relief for 3 months in one debit order. I Queried and the refunded so that only the right amount went trough since this happend I got harassed with sms's phone calls and emails every day that I did not pay my account and I need to make payment immediately to avoid further actions. Because of the amount that went off via debit order that was not suppose to go off some of my other debit orders could not go through and reflected negatively on my credit record. I have tried numerously to resolve this matter but cant seem to get anywhere. They just say I am behind and end of the month the amount will be deducted and I cant afford it for then my other debit orders will not go off again and will reflect negatively on my credit record again. The areas were not capitalized for the payment relief period of 3 months. I have been with absa all my life and I am really not happy.
