Absa personal lending is so useless stay away from them

I app**** for a personal loan with absa and I was approved a quote was sent to the email which I accepted the lady from absa called me to finalize my application which I accepted and send promise to send a debit order which was never received, she then called an hour later saying there's a technique problem from their end I need to visit an absa branch which I did and I explained everything to the consultant she tool my ID and chucked everything she told me there's nothing she do that I must go back to the online team to complete my application. Stay away from absa they will ruined your time useless people
