ABSA PERSONAL LENDING
I have app**** and been approved for a topup on my personal loan. On Wednesday someone from ABSA phoned me and he said that the consultant will give me al call within the next 24 hours to finalise my application. It is Friday and no one has phoned me back or can tell me what is happening with my case.
I have always received good service from ABSA but this time they are dropping the ball.
