Absa personal destroying my credit score with wrong update

I'm paying my personal loan through the debit order but my account has been listed as in arrears with credit bureau which has decreased my score. This is happening for the 3rd time this year. It seems as if they are in a mission of destroying me financially. This is very wrong as I've been always maintaining my credit score. ABSA homeloan was unable to give me further loan due to missing payments of absa personal loan. This is very unfair and it is not stopping.
