Absa personal dept is really disappointing

I have a personal loan with Absa. I paid more money towards the loan in December and asked for my installment to be reduced so it can be more manageable. I have called absa numerous times the advance Payment is still not capitalized and the loan installment has not ben adjusted. I paid the extra money early in December and I have called them 3 times to capitalize but still nothing has been done
