ABSA Perfectly Impossible
The only reason I gave a 1 is that there is no ZERO on the rating scale. I have been to braches, I called in many many times and it perfectly impossible to get assistance. All I need is a payed-up letter. Apparently is quite a complex request because I was referred to a specialist.
